If the problem with schools is teachers
and the problem with Social Security is old people

and the problem with Medicare is sick people

and the problem with unions are the workers

and the problem with unemployment is the unemployed

and the problem with Wall Street is the investors

then the problem with the government must be the politicians.

How about this, how about every single politician, from Obama on down, shows how much they are willing to sacrifice. How about they give up their health care, pay for their own pensions and take a serious pay cut because I swear to ****ing god if I hear one more asshole who makes $150,000 a year whine about how $40,000 a year teacher is living high on the hog I'm going to go ****ing postal.

Bring.  It.  On.  Maybe you can get fired from yet another job in the process.

We're not whining about the teachers that are making $40k, Wall-dud.  It's the worthless ones who are getting $90k and can't be fired because of seniority, while their "teaching" stinks.  You know, people like Greenbriar/dementjeep or Proud2BLibKansan.

And the ability to retire after 25 years while the rest of us have to work 20 more years to subsidize their retirements.

And I quote:

"When the children start joining the union, I will care about them." A WI teacher protesting in Madison on television.  My jaw dropped that the veil was removed.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

A 40K a year public union teacher is ripping off the taxpayer and living high off the hog.

My neighbor makes 55K a year. It's his 4th year teaching and this is in Columbia County GEORGIA. 40K? My ass.

Walldude, it's not the assholes making $150K as much as it is the ones making $50K, with no pension at all.  The ones wondering what in hell they're going to live on in old age.  Taxes of all stripes, most notably property taxes, eat up the whole paycheck when you're at the $50K level.  Nothing left to funnel into a modest retirement account.
Meanwhile, teachers, administrators and worthless bureaucrats retire as millionaires.  You DUmmies are always screaming about "FILTHY LUCRE OFF THE BACKS OF WORKING PEOPLE!!!!!!!111!!!!!"  Well, here it is in action.

You got it, "Dude"! Me and "Toots" made just over 50 grand last year, and I still had to pay the feds close to 4 grand! I don't pay property tax as the Ranch is owned by LiteHouseInc, but what they pay, effects how we do business here! They could afford to pay me more if their property taxes were anything close to sane!

All of my kids are outa school, same for the owners, yet the taxes on 140 acres have more than tripled in the 10 years I've been Ranch Foreman!

I'm still lookin' for a desk job, as my experience oughta be in demand for some construction outfit, but with a 10 pound lift limit, I don't see it happenin' anytime soon.

That bullshit Zero says about tax breaks for the middle class is just that! They took less outa mine and "Toots" paycheck over the year but we owed it in the end! What a ****in' deal! They fail to mention it effected our state taxes too! I'm gonna have to pay them $1,700, on top of wastin' 4 on the Feds!

That's 12% of my income, right off the top! Now figure all the sales tax, 6.8%, cigs, liquor, gas, electric, and countless other little nickel and dime taxes on communications, autos, etc, etc, and we're up over 30%! And I only make 50 grand! By the time I pay all these taxes, I'm damn near down to the poverty level!

Yeah, the nanny state is the answer!
