Seems I remember a 70 year old woman was arrested for speaking to a man on the streets that was not family.   The law said she should be lashed 50 times. for that crime.

Come to find out she had been a wet nurse to the man as a baby and although they were not related by blood the law was she could speak to a man that as a baby that had suckled at her breast.

Close call for the woman,  at her age or any age 50 leashes will kill kill most anyone.

is there any reason why we cannot take the people that want Shelia law in this country and drop them all with life vests about 3 miles out into shark infested waters ????

Well, the case I was thinking of was in Egypt lately. A woman worked in an office among unrelated men. A imam issued a fatwa that the only way she could continue to work among unrelated men was if she let each man in the office suck her breast.

I didn't know balancin' the budget would drive a state into the ground! I musta gone to a different school.
