Color me surprise that DC and Hawaii still approve of Obama. Even Illinois is seeing a decline.

I doubt he can get much lower in my neck 'o the woods! I think he took 2 counties in the liberal enclave of Boise, that was it last election. I doubt he will even get them this time around, if there is a next time. At the rate he's goin', we might be in a civil war!

RedState has a map which shows that the states that the Obamessiah is over 50% approval in constitute 175 electoral votes.  Below 50% approval?  363 electoral votes.
