Don't fault the DUmmie for saying this. ObeyWon used that excuse as to why he was cutting LIHEAP.  Yes, Obumbler himself actually said that fuel costs were lower when trying to justify cutting it.

As it used to be the democratic party that was the compassion party...the cuts to public housing funds, and actual buildings being razed and not replaced is something that is very much related to principles vs. party, as this party seems to have dropped the ball...
