Can we imagine the uproar if it had been Republicans who walked out on a Democrat vote (like Obamacare)?

And what's more, their fawning citizen admirers actually praise them for this.

If it were Republicans who had walked out on a vote, they'd whine in epic fashion. Hypocrites.

Yep, over redistricting in 2003.  They hid until the dealine passed. Then Gov. Perry called a special session and made them stay all summer until they passed a bill.
