Beck: "I'm not comparing" Obama to Hitler, but "please read Mein Kampf" and learn from Germany's mistakes."

Did beck tell his listeners ever to read the Communist Manifesto?

Still working on that one.

But he did say the party was over for Democrats and that "You are going to have to shoot them in the head."

Jared Did.

3. Is there any evidence that this maniac listened to Beck?

If so, please link to it. I'd love to see it. Because, according to his friends, he didn't listen to any talk radio.

There is that DUmmy who said his brother knows him and he is a ditto head. What more proof do you need?

7. They claim he read Mein Kampf because he is a "Socialist"

because for some reason they skipped high school history and think Hitler was a socialist.

That's the problem you stopped at high school history.
I learned well after High school that the Nazis were in fact into socialism.

18. I think the evidence would be that people here really, really want it to be true.

I wouldn't expect a link anytime soon.

5. LOLZ

People are just falling all over themselves to indict the RW talking clowns over this insane guy's killings.

Everyone who knows him has said he is not a RW nutter - he is just mentally deranged.

However, keep trying to make the connection if it makes you feel better or allows you 'talking points'.

8. Personally I think Loughner's book list is made up.

No if it was made up his library would have had Rush, Hannity, Beck and Palin in it.

12. If he was a 'right wing teabagger'

why would he only do half of what Beck told him to do?

If he did listen too, and was influenced by Beck he wouldn't have done anything violent.

33. Beck's ONLY "point" was to link "Hitler" with "Obama" in his auditors' minds.

Funny I listen to Beck a lot and I haven't heard him even imply that Barry = Hitler.
He has pointed out how progressives are though.

I would hope followers of Glenn Beck with a passionate distaste for communism should have AT LEAST READ The Communist Manifesto

I've seen what happens when communism is in practice no thanks I won't change my mind.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

Hey Dummies, I have read the communist manifesto, the english version of pravda, soviet life and listened to radio moscow. While they were entertaining, if anything they made me a more committed conservative.

Hey DUmb****s, I'll tell you what I posted at another site:

Nazis, Communists, Fascists, and Socialists ALL had/have national healthcare systems and governments that controlled, in some form or fashion, the private sector (ALL something YOU propose).

It's true conservatives that are opposing it. Redirect your idiotic claims lest you be judged morons. The Nazis MAY have been to the right in Germany, due to the left being Communists, but they are NOT the right here. In Germany it was about who should have governmental control over the citizenry. The Nazis won out. You libs bitch about us wanting less and less regulations and government, well, that's contradictory to Communists, Nazis, AND Fascists. You can't have it both f'n ways, dumbasess.

Now I thought Beck goes back to American Progressives as the model that Mussolini and Hitler used for their regimes. When I watch him that is the message I've seen documented.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

The difference is in the nationalist socialist (European right, even today to some degree) and internationalist socialist (European Left, still today).  The Nationalist Socialist just believed is socialism for their chosen people, at the expense of everyone else.  The International Socialist believes in the international bourgeois and ruling class stands in the way of international proletariat that is oppressed and deserves to have things given to it.  That is most of the European spectrum.  Internationalist Socialist philosophy will always have a bigger crowd of deluded fools following it.

The American right largely believes that the government should largely stay out of people's lives, we don't really have an analog anywhere else.  It confuses the hell out of both sets of socialists because they have nothing to compare it to.

DUmmies, I've read Mein Kampf.  Hitler bragged about his new socialist man, and how his plan for achieving it was revolutionary.

I've read Marx and Engels.  Marx was no economist and didn't work.  Marx's notion of a dictatorship of the proletariat is purest fantasy.  Men won't work that way, never have and never will.  Engels had to do ass covering after Marx croaked and his predicted revolution of the proletariat failed to materialize.

I've also read Adam Smith, Von Mises, Keynes amongst others that actually have some knowledge of economics.  Have any of you?

I've read Alexis de Tocqueville.  How many DUmmies have?  I estimate that I read about thirty-five books on varied subjects every year.

Come on over DUmmies.  You want to compare and contrast Hitler with Marx and both against my mostly American conservative philosiphical leanings?  I'm game, but you had best come very well prepared.

I won't hold my breathe awaiting you're arrival.

Research this guy:

You'll find out why America's first experimentation into Socialism didn't work. ...and why it NEVER works. Those f'ers that are rioting in Europe aren't rioting because Rhein Fire or Manchester United lost a game. They're rioting because, as the Great Maggie Thatcher warned, the government has run out of other people's money and can't pay for the leeches that are expecting their entitlements.

May we never get to that point, but in case we do, well, there's a reason I'm stocking up on .45, 7.62 x 39, .308, and 7.62 x 54R.

I had to read Mein Kampf for one of my college classes.

I think that was the same semester I voted for Nixon.

Hmm.

Doesn't the term "Nazi" mean NATIONAL SOCIALIST????

Well, of course Beck would encourage his listeners/viewers to read all these books.  Being fully informed and educated is the cornerstone of what he espouses.  It's the same reason so many people are reading Rules for Radicals.  You see DUmmies, we don't like to stick our heads in the sand like you do.  If there is reading material that we would find offensive to our way of thinking, that's all the more reason to read it very carefully.  It's the best defense.  Sun Tzu and all that.

Yes, but, according to the left, just because they were called National Socialist German Workers Party, doesn't mean they were actual socialists.

Yes, but, according to the left, just because they were called National Socialist German Workers Party, doesn't mean they were actual socialists.
They also revel in the fact Bernie Sanders is a socialist but Beck et al calling Obama a socialist is incitement to violence.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."
