I can't believe how many people on DU are trying to de-policitize it and compare it to the Hinckley/Reagan episode.

Wasn't Reagan a politician? So using the premise of this thread that shooting was political too.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.
