Disaster junkies make me slightly nauseous

Maybe you're in the camp that believes "it has to get worse before it gets better", but some folks around here positively long for disaster- be it natural or human made. Of course, they piously say they're not longing for disaster- they're merely predicting it- and I call bullshit on that.

Where is bobo? Right up her alley.

I think this post is directed at DUmmie nadinbrzezinski, she's been doing nothing but posting proclamations of doom lately.  I noticed that she used the phrase "Guns of August" 13 times yesterday in various post about the tensions between North and South Korea.

I'd like to believe that in any situation, things will always have to get worse before you can learn the mistakes and then better your situation.

She has been selling Reagan era Stingers as some kind of obfuscation for the number guns the MX govt is diverting to the DTOs . A refresher course on the care and feeding of said Stingers by at least one MANPAD trained trooper  elicited a hasty retreat .
