He is just pissed that it is possible that Rush won't have a tax increase next month.
The DUmmies seem to think if the rich pay more in taxes then their lives will be so much better.
Some of them say they don't care if their own taxes go up by as much as a 50% increase, (that's right if your taxes go from 10 to 15% that means you will be paying what you now pay in taxes plus an additional half that amount on top).
