Results of Liberal Economic Policies
« on: December 05, 2010, 02:20:50 PM »

Quote
Tonight’s stunning financial piece de resistance comes from Wyatt Emerich of The Cleveland Current. In what is sure to inspire some serious ire among all those who once believed Ronald Reagan that it was the USSR that was the “Evil Empire”, Emmerich analyzes disposable income and economic benefits among several key income classes and comes to the stunning (and verifiable) conclusion that “a one-parent family of three making $14,500 a year (minimum wage) has more disposable income than a family making $60,000 a year.” And that excludes benefits from Supplemental Security Income disability checks...

$3625 is a key income class?  That's barely a part-time job.

America is now a country which punishes those middle-class people who not only try to work hard, but avoid scamming the system. Not surprisingly, it is not only the richest and most audacious thieves that prosper – it is also the penny scammers at the very bottom of the economic ladder that rip off the middle class each and every day, courtesy of the world’s most generous entitlement system...

Exactly. There's a whole class of people who learn generation after generation how to milk & scam the system for all it's worth, from section 8 housing to food stamps and even free cell phones compliments of the working middle class.  :banghead:

Yeah....they were to stupid to to learn or stay in school or how to do a job but if you want to know how to scam the system, just ask them, they have an encyclopedic knowledge of that.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

It seems to more successful you are, the more you should be punished. Talk about an upside down system.

There is a squishy middle.

If you are at the top, you get away with murder.  If you are at the bottom you get to live scott free with people making excuses for all your actions because you are at the bottom.

If you are in the middle, well you are just ****ed.  Either abandon your ethics and morality either way to get in one of the two leach classes or bite hard on the stick.
I hope we shall... crush in its birth the aristocracy of our moneyed corporations, which dare already to challenge our government to a trial of strength and bid defiance to the laws of our country." --Thomas Jefferson to George Logan, 1816.

Exactly!!! Poverty should hurt so you do not want to be in that position. You subsidize a behavior you get more of it. I fear this will be the downfall of America. We have a whole class of people, and they are growing, that do not contribute to society. All they do is take, take, take.

Thanks dems! You just might get your wish after all. Probably won't work out for you well since parasites are usually the second to be sent to the camps when the commies take over... the first being the academicians.
