How is this not a violation of the 4th Amendment?

I thought you couldn't be denied buying a house for religious preference, but if I am looking for a roommate,  I should be able to specify anything. I'd definitely want a gal. Would that be considered sexist?

Would you all believe me that under fair housing laws when you give directions to the apartment or house that is being rented you can not use a church as a reference point when giving directions to that place? So basically if you say "Turn right at the First Baptist Church" you violate the law.
