A song that I can't get out of my head
« on: October 15, 2010, 11:40:59 PM »
the song from the Kohler shower head commercial is haunting me.  I actually tracked it down to a group called "Caroline and the Dust".

yes, I know.  I am obsessive about the strangest things.

This one smacked me in the side of the head when I got up at 3 AM to take a leak a few days ago. Took me three days to turn it off.

Why does a brain do such weird shit?

It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

Recently, I've been replaying two.  The "New" Veggie Tales Theme Song (and I know all the words.).

And, "If I Only Had a Brain" from the Wizard of Oz.  (sigh.  setting myself up here)
