I have read about the mess that the "pocket veto" (or the NOT "pocket veto") has created on capitol hill.  I don't think it's a trick, I just think that the Obamites are either ignorant of, or perhaps indifferent to, the constitution.

odd for a president that is a "constitutional scholar", as the MSM constantly tells us.*
