Interesting question for you Allo, if a person on a Jet can somehow be shot in the back of the head, why was it that the his wife a sitting duck was not also shot.?

Yes true she said she was shot at also, but she at that time was a sitting duck and not hit while her husband traveling at a good speed was in fact shot in the head.

You know this brings to mind the controversy from almost 50 years ago about how one lone gunman could have shot Kennedy.  Lots of bazaar stuff went on then at the time, statements by people on the Grassy Knoll
Jack Ruby's true intent to silence Oswald.

Then there is our own 9 day wonder in my area where a up and coming politician went missing.  When found his story was most unbelievable to some of us on a forum and  we spent weeks dissecting and analysing the possible from the impossible.

and I've got news, rarely will a body sink for at least an hour or two! The human body is lighter than water. Until the water saturates the tissue, it remains lighter than water. However, if ya drill enough holes in it with an AK, you can speed the process! I don't think this is the case in this situation.

Even then, within 24 hours, the decomp supplies enough gas to lift it to the surface! In salt water, they don't sink at all, without help from the local sharks or the asshole that ties an anchor to their ass, that is!

Just how many "bodies" have you seen in water? Oh I get it, you're relyin' on what you read on the internet. Must be true, right?

About 30 years ago, my cousins lived on the banks of the Hudson River in Troy.  One summer day, they were down at the shore, throwing rocks at what they thought was a mannequin . . . and then it got closer, and they realized that it was the body of a 50ish woman.  It got a ten-second mention on the local news that night.  It had been in the river for a while, from what I remember.

Ah, I see, you're an expert! Was it still the size of a beached whale? Were ya there when the gas escaped? It's a wonderful smell! Kind of a cross between a dead skunk, that's been out on the road for a week, and septic tank!

Back in the days when my back didn't look like a hardware store, I did volunteer work with Search and Rescue up here. I've seen my share of bodies! Most were drownings as there's a body of water nearly every square mile up here in the spring.

I forgot to mention, if we found 'em in the lake, the fish had already started eatin' the best parts. I'll leave it to you to figure out what those were!

Murky water, visibility about 18", body been in the water well over a week....12 year old girl...bumped into her face to face.....did you know you can hurl up big chunks of hamburger and tomatoes thru your mouth piece?

Went on one other in fast water...cold as hell...move the line 3' and cross river...move line 3' and go back across river and get out, warm up....I got out and on the next run the next fellow found him.....that one  had been in the water almost 3 weeks.

It's definitely a pic your mind takes and files for future resource! I have know idea why that happens, as I don't think I need that particular reference information, but the mind doesn't let you forget nasty!

Never had to do the underwater stuff, thank the Good Lord! I was on the treble hook draggin' crew better than a dozen times. The divers were always hopin' we'd find 'em first! After seein' them losin' there lunch, and your description, I understand why! It's a wonder ya didn't drown yourself when ya went eye to eye, so to speak!

I should also add, "Toots" was much better at the grizzly stuff than I was! Of course she watches those damn surgery shows on the Discovery Channel, too! Something I avoid at all costs!

When I was about 19, I witnessed a tanker truck avoid creamin' another car. He did everything he could to keep from just annihilating a little Toyota on the Riverside freeway.

Unfortunately, it took him over the side and pinned him in the truck and it caught fire! It was only about half full and within a few minutes there was nothing anybody could do! The Firetrucks were still 20 minutes out!

I could hear him beggin' the cop, that was first on the scene to shoot him! I'll never forget that guys screams until the day I die!!!!!! I would have done the deed myself but I wasn't packin' that day as I was on my scooter. I've never been without since that day! Guns aren't just for protection!

Damn! That just bummed my day! Hadn't thought about it in years.

I've never been in a war zone (never seen 'hot' combat). The few bad things I have seen gives me just a small inkling of what some have seen and live with. Makes me appreciate them even more.
