I am not lying when I say that our recruiter just got this little gem in her mailbox after sending an note that another candidate had been selected for a job he interviewed for.

What your recruiter needs to do now, is report the individual to the unemployment office and tell them that she offered him a job and he turned it down.  :evillaugh:

When M had the plant, if someone was on unemployment and he offered them a job and they didn't show up...he reported them. Said it wasn't fair to the previous employer and their unemployment fund.

But, she didn't offer him a job. We just let him know we weren't going to offer him one.  I would love to have her narc on him, but our boss probably wouldn't like it to much, so oh well.
