Kim Jong Il's IT workers to design video games for Rupert Murdoch.

One game will be based on the movie, "The Big Lebowski". One will be based on the movie "Men in Black".

Can the Hermit Kingdom become the next Asian tiger?

It makes as much sense as any other explanation, Jake.  Altogether, it's just downright wierd.
