In the wake of the battle over a mosque at Ground Zero, a move by Hartford City Council is sure to have its critics.
The Council announced Tuesday that it has invited local imams to perform Islamic invocations at the beginning of the Council meetings in September.
Though meetings don't regularly begin with any form of prayer, an email from the Common Council called it "an act of solidarity with our Muslim brothers and sisters."

Lots to consider here, Hartford is a majority black and as it seems the new black panther party has joined with the black Muslims-- Sign of the times for large city's.
Lord help the black Christians in the city's, bless the hearts of those people. They just have no idea that their faith will be put to the test as their children convert . This can destroy whole family's as the family will be split in two--Christians here Muslims there. Brother against brother, sons against fathers.
I am wondering if the Christians and all other faith that are non Muslim have the ability to fight and go up against the Muslims.
I am not saying that Christians are wimps that just push pacifism and turn the other cheek in order to not get hurt worse.
How do we fight an enemy that WANTS to die for their Prophet and God.
How do we fight an enemy that has the money to corrupt the POPE.?
It will take allot to get the Christians with other faiths to become just as crazed as the Muslims. But then we will be just as bad as them.
So history from 1400 years now comes into our world of technology and enlightenment, The idea that they can take us over seems absurder, but it looks like they are making head way without ONE shot fired.
