5. Yep.
It's still better to live here than in places like let's say Somalia or Haiti, but we are heading in that direction if those Freeper, Tea Bag types don't wake up and smell the propaganda they are fed every day.
Yeah its all the fault of us on the right that things are so bad right now. We must have super powers to be in control when the dems own all 3 houses.

The other thing that amuses me greatly is celebrities who make or made millions complain about the capitalistic system that allowed them to have that wealth.

The truth is the truth no matter it's source.
Unless the truth contradicts leftist talking points.

27. Then I must be asleep reading this...
3 homes, 6 figure salary, engineering degree that will keep me employed for life, beautiful loving wife, travels all over the world...
...not bad for a Black guy who needed Gov't food stamps (Socialism, thank you) to eat as a kid, and Pell Grants (socialism, thank you) to get through college.
Sorry folks, but I don't hate America...I hate Republicans and what they do to and in the name of America.
In addition, I show my appreciation for America by paying my taxes AND NOT ****ING BITCHING ABOUT IT like some people we know.
You should donate 2 of those homes to the poor. Hell you should probably donate all 3 and buy a double wide to live in. Imagine how many homeless people you can fit in your Mc mansions.

The dumbing down of America began 30 yrs ago...its certainly did all with that rhetoric of a "shining city on the hill"......people bought into Ronnies script while he was trickling down on them.
Lord, how I do miss a president who was not only not ashamed of America but, didn't mind telling people how good we have it.

41. They still make pilgrimages to the Reagan Library (near
my house) to worship at the altar of 80's greed and materialism - old guys in polyester sans-a-belt pants and their wives with helmet hair who never seem to wonder why they are living on a small pension in a mobile home park while the big shots live in splendor. They've been trickled on till they're soaking wet and it never occurs to them to ask why.
You know what DUmmy greed and materialism as you call it makes the economy work.
