I don't think the DUmmies are worried about the carbon footprint of congress, they want to make them hot and sweatty, so that they will be more convinced of the global warming hoax. I think they should back a few diesel rigs up to the AC machines, and pump the exhaust into the vents. Start from scratch with a whole new congress. Even better, do it on a day when the DUmmies are all lobbying congress.
