i heard this a little while ago on the Ed show. obama is too calm and professorial. most white men (especially independents) want a tough guy. they don't connect with obama.

i'm happy to say that my white husband thinks obama is great. he thinks it's wonderful to have an intelligent president.

My husband, a burly and masculine guy, was helping me hang curtains one weekend.  I stepped back and was watching him, and I burst out laughing because of that photo up there.
