A transsexual who downloaded sickening images of child pornography escaped jail because a judge said prison would be too tough a place for her.
Laura Voyce, 20, who was born a man and used to go by the name Luke, faced being locked up for nine months in a male prison after being convicted of 14 counts of downloading indecent images of children.
Four of the images discovered on Voyce’s laptop were of level four, the second most serious, and featured semi-naked youngsters being abused.

But despite this Judge Lesley Newton allowed Voyce, who is in the middle of a sex
change which means she is biologically a man but legally a woman, to walk free with a nine-month jail term suspended for a year. She must also complete 100 hours of unpaid work.

The judge said prison would be an ‘appalling experience’ for the sex offender.
Last night children’s charities reacted with anger to the leniency of Voyce’s sentence. Michelle Elliott, founder of Kidscape, said: ‘This ruling is absolutely absurd.

‘It sends out entirely the wrong message that this transsexual’s feelings are more important than the emotions experienced by the children in these images who have gone through this terrible abuse.

‘She should have gone to jail. There should be no special circumstances where child abuse in concerned.’
Manchester Crown Court heard how a stash of child porn was found on Voyce’s computer by police who searched her home in Withington, Manchester, while investigating another allegation two years ago.

A bullet in the head would be much more humane.

Granted, this is in the UK but this is exactly why creative sentencing is wrong. If a judge can be permitted to allow a drunk driver to avoid jail time in lieu of standing on a street corner with a sandwhich board reading "Convicted for DUI" there is no reason a judge could not do this as well.

The law provides for the penalties for those who break it. The purpose of a judge is to ensure the law is adhered to not invent new law.

Remember the trial of a female school teacher who molested a couple of her students.?     Her Lawyer put forth that the former teacher was to pretty to go to prison.

What to do with a human who decides they are a dog in a people suit.  Do we allow them to run the street on all four limbs, stark naked humping peoples legs ?

We do not call Animal Control, we call the cops and the people in the white coats to take him away.  This dog/man is not taken to the dog pound because he thinks he is a dog, he has to go somewhere with no toilets he would drink out of.

This man regardless what he thinks is still a man, has all the equipment a man has and still pees standing up.  With enough money HE can get a doctor to put him on drugs to make his boobs big, chop off his dangling organs and give him a Virgina.

For the rest of his life he will have to take drugs to keep his body look like he wants.  In Prison with no drugs to keep up his delusion of self he will soon loose the boobs and grow a beard.

So what prison should He/She go to.?

His DNA says he is a man, so off to a male prison, oh what fun for him, the poor thing will have to be placed in solitary to keep him alive.

His birth certificate says he is female and a physical proves it, so off to a woman's prison.  What happens when he cannot get the drugs that keep look like a woman.?

Woman we know can be much more vicious then any man, and the woman he would be around would use him as a chew toy or worse.

Big problem here for Him and the Man/Dog, if he is sent to a mental hospital---imagine the outcry from the Gay Groups around the world.  Transsexuality is not a mental disease they would cry but someone who thinks they are a dog is.

Everyone has some kind of fetish, but when the fetish gets so out of hand that they deny the facts, one was born a woman or man or one was born a human not a dog and this causes them to break the law, to the harm of others----WELLL?????
