On Tuesday, I announced the appointment of legal counsel to defend Arizona's immigration laws. Although I am named as a defendant along with the the Arizona Attorney General, he declined to represent the me, thus requiring me to obtain outside counsel to defend these laws. Therefore, I issued an executive order creatin...g a Legal Defense Fund.
