Things get complicated when one has to make a decision on somethings in life, sort of like the father in Fiddler On The Roof when he debated with himself and God. ----But on the other hand.---
Much less stress if one just takes a tunnel vision stand and follows blindly someone Else's beliefs. This is not a good road to follow.
We are not a pack of dogs or wolves that follow to the death our leader. We are human, we have to make for ourselves decisions that may go against the experts, teachers, our faith or traditions.
Sometimes we have to decide what is the lesser of two evils.
People need to know and understand themselves first before they can condemn others, criticize them or build a hatred towards others that they know nothing about.
Example, teaching kids in first grade about SEX of any kind--good or bad is sick, this is like giving an infant a pork chop before they have teeth.
This young woman was a Senior in Highschool and old enough to understand both sides of a problem. The best teaching is to take a student that has firm beliefs and counter them, the result will be either their beliefs become even stronger or they awaken to the fact that nothing is absolute for all people.
