I am guessing the order was made, because a similar one was made for Rosa Parks.  She was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom and George W awarded her the Congressional Medal of Honor.

No, YOUR president faked tears at a funeral of someone he probably had to be briefed about before he attended. MY president was a caring, human (= fallible) being who showed his full heart during a speech made while standing among the ruins and the remains of American citizens at Ground Zero.  AND when meeting with the families of our fallen servicepeople who fought to prevent such an attack from ever happening again.

He was just cryin' cause they wouldn't let him bring the teleprompter. The asshat actually had to read somethin'.
