Biden dropped the "F" bomb at the signing ceremony???

Rush just claimed that Biden dropped the "F" bomb right before he introduced Obama at the signing ceremony today.  Then he played a clip, obviously bleeped out.  Anyone happen to catch it or hear about it yet?

I wonder if Biden was told to use that introduction; Barry must be really insecure if he needs constant reminding, or his ego just won't let it go.  Even his nameplate on the table during cabinet meetings has "President" written on it, not to mention the made-up seals, tags, and banners his staff still prints up.
