Not at all. Their system and customs are very different. They have no Constitution, no Bill of Rights, no Supreme Court. The House of Commons isn't much of a deliberative body, since crossing party lines is almost unheard of. The majority party decides what the law will be, and that's it. There is no other legislative body, and the monarch is duty bound to accept the judgement of Commons. It's a different system altogether, with its own huge body of customs and rules of decorum.
My point was, I have attended a session, and you won't find much "decorum" there........their system is much older than ours, and although different, they largely view "decorum" as crap, and speak their mind with little provication......
Perhaps it is past time for our legislatiors to "call a spade a spade", and forget all of the "decorum"......it sure as hell wouldn't hurt my feelings. A principled legislator standing up in the well of the House, and calling out the opposition as liars and cheats would be refreshing to me....
YMMV
