Stupid is strong in this one. Some posting on a comment. It's obviously an Obamabot.
Doesn't matter for 3 reasons. First, the Dems have the votes to override the point of order, 52-48 wins. Second, the President of the Senate has the power to over rule the parliamentarian. Third, 310(g) applies solely to Social Security budget considerations. HCR has nothing to do with Social Security funding. Clearly grasping at straws
maybe you should change the channel and get an opposing viewpoint of the issues.
Actually, I do. Thats how I knew what section 310(g) really is. I heard that claim come out on Friday and found out what it meant.
Actually, Americans do want health care reform, http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/87875-kaiser-poll-shows-uptick-in-support-for-health-reform
And one more thing...When this legislation is broken down piece by piece, you will see that Americans actually do like the bill, they just don't like the partisan smears that have been lobbed at it: http://www.kff.org/kaiserpolls/posr022310nr.cfm
That article cites a poll by the Kaiser Foundation, thats what I was referring to. The second link goes directly to the foundation. Read and learn, don't watch and believe is all I am saying.
The average of the polls for how long? For the last 3 days the polls show a change in this reasoning. Also, the second poll I provided clearly shows that the majority of Americans are so confused by the political bullshit that has been spread that they no longer understand the bill. Americans clearly want what health care reform will deliver.
