Anyone see No Country For Old Men yet?
« on: March 12, 2008, 12:23:53 PM »
The movie was excellent.  I would have to give it a 5 out of 5.  It certainly didn't end the way I imagined it would though.  It was strange.  That Javier guy was incredible in it.  Tommy Lee Jones deserves an Oscar.  The wife of the main character is from Scotland and her Texas accent was incredible!  Discuss.........

^other movie :-)

I'll probably wait for the DVD like I always do.

I can see November 2 from my house!!!

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

:thatsright: As you can see, I'm not up on movies. I usually find out these things when I plop down on the sofa and say to my husband, "What are you watching?"

You are just mad that there weren't any flamers in it. :bird:  At first I was really angry about the ending but then I figured they could go with No Country For Old Men 2 The Nasty Killings!
