Unwelcome spotlight falls on Obama chief of staff
« on: March 03, 2010, 02:47:41 PM »
AP story so I'll just post this snippet

Quote
...Suddenly, the Obama White House had to deal with a narrative that some (though it's still unclear who) think Obama's chief of staff is smarter than the president, an awkward development in Washington's deeply ingrained tradition of aides staying behind the scenes and not upstaging the boss....

I have no doubt that Rahmbo thinks he's smarter than Obumbles, and he may well be right in that, but he is also such an arrogant asshole that there is no way he could hide that belief form those around the two of them, either.

I know it goes without saying, but Emanuel is an ass.  He was my representative for several years after he left the Clinton White House.  Wouldn't even bother to debate either his Dem challengers or the Republicans because he felt he was above it all and deserved the office.

That of course is a problem only because he is working for someone who thinks he is the smartest man on the planet.

Hi,

I said this before.  I had a dream that someone blew the president's brains out.  I woke up and found that Emmanuel had been shot!

BO has been a set up since he first sat in Bill Ayers home and got political funding to run for office.  Someone is the puppeteer pulling his strings.  Could well be Ayers is the director and Emmanuel is pulling the strings.

regards,

And by God the dems were "****ing retarded" enough to give it to him term after term.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

Back in early 1993, the now-alas-extinct Spy magazine had an article about the behavior of Rahm Emanuel.

Among it was a description of Emanuel riding in the inaugural parade of Bill and Hillary.

He had a bigger, longer, more expensive limousine than the presidential pair.
apres moi, le deluge

Milo Yiannopoulos "It has been obvious since 2016 that Trump carries an anointing of some kind. My American friends, are you so blind to reason, and deaf to Heaven? Can he do all this, and cannot get a crown? This man is your King. Coronate him, and watch every devil shriek, and every demon howl."

Frank, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

For Emanuel, there has to be someone pulling his strings.

This becomes a circle of power, no one I can think of is so powerful as to be the worlds top honcho.

The more power one gets the more restrictions placed on them.   Clinton could not get Monica a job washing floors in the Capital, had no power to stop being outed by one lone woman, his Mistresses best friend.

Power is alike a ladder to ones dreams. Everyone regardless of education or temperament needs some kind of power.

Some of us are content to climb a few rungs and hang on for dear life. From the street people that live under bridges and demand the right to live as they wish, to the CEO's of huge corporations that are willing to reach out and pull off those on the next rung so they can climb into their rung.

In some cases the old adapt or die is a form of control, survival, and get as close to our dreams as possible.

Don't forget , there is a world of people out there that are are on the bottom rungs and few at the top.   When the multitudes of people all try to climb that ladder, fighting, scratching and knocking off the ladder those above them, the ladder will itself collaps and every one falls down.
