The Onion Movie had a skit where the State Dept snatches up some idiot bong-toker spewing platitudes at a college protest rally and put him in the room with two leaders warring over the same country. They light-up, get mello and start hanging out together. Everything looks cool...

...until they start arguing over who is bogarting the best bud.
