Miskie that would be fine, however it would mean she was living in a cave in late 2004, when the media was 24/7 Curt Schilling and the bloody sock.
First win in 86 years? I don't care if you follow baseball or not, this is something that Boston was a wee bit excited about. It would have been really hard to miss it.
Of course it was seared, seared, into my memory....
absolutely - that's why I said 'Less Damage' - It still would have been bad, and painted her as 'out of touch' with Massachusetts
- but calling Schilling a Yankee fan ?
There are awful, degrading, racist, dirty things to say - but to say that --
THAT about Schilling - who with the Sox came back from the edge of defeat against the Yankees to take the World Series for the first time in generations ? As AG of MASSACHUSETTS ?
There is nothing I can think of that can be said in this Commonwealth that could alienate people of any race or sex or political affiliation who even pays 'modest' attention to baseball more effectively.
The Coakley Campaign could be made into a Movie -- "Tommy Boy II" except this time the nasty woman is both the 'moran' as well as the candidate, who self destructs her own campaign.
