San Bernardino, CA - A bail bondsman has surrendered Samuel Hershel Clauder II, 58, to San Bernardino County Superior Court Judge Michael Dest. Clauder, charged with one count of felony possession of child pornography, was booked at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga.



Clauder, the former spokesperson for the Democratic Party in San Bernardino County and former newspaper reporter in the mountain communities, had been free on $25,000 bail since February 24, 2009.  ...
