Sorry, but I've been in the field for 20 years, and that is not the rectum..that xray makes it appear that the remote, or whatever device that is, is lying ON the patient. There is no way a remote control (or anything for that matter) can travel up that far against peristalsis, which pushes everything down. 

So I call BS on this story.
