Right ....no one is saying that women must comply with the new guidelines....

But...good luck getting insurance to pay for them.

2 years? A woman could be dead or at the very least...beyond cure....in that amount of time.

 :censored:

Pay for them out of pocekt?  Being a guy, I have no idea what they cost.

A basic mammogram starts at $250 here. That's usually 2 or 4 views...2 on each side.

If followup films are needed...it's more.

If an ultrasound is needed it's lots more. For over 10 years...I not only had the films, I had to have ultrasounds too.

I have no idea what paps cost now....if you don't have the parts...you don't need the pap.  :-)
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

"My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far I've finished two bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better already." – Dave Barry

A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands.

Right about this:  Office Visit is about 80-90, the doctor to do the pap is about the same, and then the lab fees are probably about the same.  Of course that is the negotiated network rate that the providers are beholden to.  Who knows what will happen with all that after Obamacare. So, essentially probably about
500 to $600 for a full checkup, including Mammo is about right.
R.I.P. LC and Crockspot.  Miss you guys.
