Yeah....the Obama/Holder comments were a big discussion on several shows on Fox. Several lawyers were asked their opinions, and they all said the comments....not only made, but in a televised situation.....was beyond dumb....and just handed a gift to the defense.
When the defense motions are granted by the judge, it will be obvious to all but hard-core lefties in this country that Obama and Holder are the chief idiots who screwed this up. (The hard-core left will blame "Bush's torture" or something like that, not even remotely connected to the actual motion.) New York
will go
red in 2012 because of this. New Jersey and Connecticut most likely will also go
red for the same reason (and a lot of those states' residents work in NYC, so those states lost a lot of residents in the attacks).
