I don't get it either. I'm more of a True Blood (okay it's really all about Eric) vampire fan. :-)

My very favorite Vampire movie is  "Love at first bite "      Love a fun comedy.

Now about woman and vampires, and other unusual leading men.

For some odd reason and I have no explanation why, totally out of charactor for me is the lead transvestite in the Rockey Horror Show.   I don't know if it the dark and totally unnatural sex life he leads, forbidden fruit, the odd and strange, this dude is a real BAD Boy.

Male vampires in any book or movie are just to effeminate for me, this causes me to wonder why I get my fanny a quivering over that drag queen.

Charles Bronson, Lee Marvin, Claude Akins, now those were MEN, I just knew they would rescue me if I needed it.   These men spelled security and faithfullness.-----  

That darn drag queen however sort of reached into my sub conscious and dragged out all kinds of stuff I never knew was there. Very unsettling as now I have Meatloaf playing in my mind.

2012 apparently shows buildings and statues and stuff all over the world being destroyed but not anything Islamic.
