ban all nukes or shut the **** up about other countries "possibly" making them! The hypocrisy on this issue stinks.

1. Word up.

We can't ask people to change their behavior if we aren't willing to do the same.

That's my line in the ideal world. What would happen though if we eliminated all of our weapons and other states didn't?

What do expansionist countries and criminals have in common? They both go after the defenseless.

2. I have always questioned the absurdity of a country that has badass

weapons denying them to the rest of the world.
I've also question the stupidity of the countries who obliged.

3. Hmm.

Sorry, but I think nukes are safer in the hands of the US (and Isreal, France, etc) than in the hands of North Korea, Pakistan and others. Slight ideological differences :).

15.  That about sums it up , get rid of all the nukes

If this can't happen then let the damn things fly and then when the dust settles hopefully the survivors will know how insane this has all been for so very many years .

I am sick of living with this sort of threat in the back of my mind my entire 59 years on this sad sorry planet .

If it's not some bully at school it's a freak with a gun or someone with a nuke . Get it the hell over with and just do it , let the history of mans foolish nature be in the final chapter .

12. Untrue. Countries have agreed to disarm from

certain kinds of weaponry before.

It can be done with nuclear weaponry too. It's not impossible.

Try asking Ahmadinijad politely to disarm. You will not like the answer.

17. A solution is in the making.

When the well has run dry, the swimming pool will be closed.

When there´s no money for weapons, the USA will start talking PEACE.

What is it they say about the chances of a Monkey typing a manuscript by randomly hitting keys.

It is still better odds then having the primitives having intelligent thoughts on anything remotely complex.

You know, I just don't think about them from day to day. Granted, I don't spend my day practicing nuance, vapid hand-wringing, stupidity, and arrogance that shows my utter contempt for everyone else but nukes just aren't at the top of my "to worry about" list. Why waste a perfectly good life worrying about things one can't change?
