A doc hasn`t shown up at their door yet telling them that they are excused from productive society so they are angry.

They're all kinda sad and confused and disappointed and tepid over there, and they don't know why.  HughMoran has been busy all year putting everyone on ignore, and is enjoying it so much more.   :-)  I would, too.
