Some suggestions for the Public Option

What should be included in the Public Option?

I think there should be a requirement that it be available to everyone - truly public - not just the poor. I think that employers should be required to collect payment for the Public Option insurance for those employees who subscribe. I think that enrollment in the Public Option should be paid for by the Government during any period in which an enrollee is drawing unemployment (health insurance coverage would be added to become an automatic part of unemployment insurance).

Now the all important question of how to pay for it all. End the war and tax the rich. How's that work for you?
