How the hell do you put off making war decisions? Obama must figure, screw the troops, I got to look good politically. More proof he's incompetent.

STEP 1: Allow situation to deteriorate through neglect.

STEP 2: Call it unrecoverable to justify pullout.

STEP 3: Blame it on short-sightedness of previous administration.

STEP 4: Enact "reforms" that will cripple US military to ensure "such tragedies never allowed to happen again."
