I am somewhat skeptical of claims like ...

'my child needs $3000 a month for drugs.

what do they need?, laetrile?, insulin? antibiotics?

how much raw material is in oxy-contin?.

when I was growing up, I don't seem to remember any large number of kids needing ritalin

No primitives have touched this bonfire yet.

And they probably won't......unless afflicted by something requiring an "orphan drug" it is unlikely that anyone young could have this much drug expense short of chemotherapy or AIDS.....

You're right! Although, because some DUmmies have done so many drugs BEFORE they had offspring, could be some sort of immune deficiency.
