Actually, the NAVY has THREE parts. Surface, aka skimmers; submarines, bubbleheads; and Naval Aviation, commonly referred to as "Airedales".

I would say technically correct but effectively the same if you're not selected. (What would BUPERS say? )

BUPERS would say, "Try again next year." There were no PNA points for E-7 and above. All selection boards.
