The case resembles that of Tony Martin who was charged with murder after shooting Fred Barras, 16, during a raid on his Norfolk farm in 1999.

He was convicted of manslaughter and served three years in prison.

And last month, three youths were jailed for murdering Garry Newlove, a father of three who confronted them over damage to his wife's car.

Mr Singh was attacked at 9.40pm on Sunday after a 13-hour day minding his corner shop in a parade of stores in Skelmersdale, Lancashire.

Kilroe appeared at the window of the businessman's Ford Focus, smashed it with the butt of his knife and demanded the takings.

Mr Singh fought back and during the struggle the knife went into Kilroe's chest. A post-mortem examination revealed he had died of a single stab wound.

The Angles, Saxons, and Jutes took the whole damned island away from the Britons in the first place because the Romans had disarmed the populace and turned them into defenseless sheep, and then one day the Legionaries and Praetors weren't there to protect them anymore.  History seems to be repeating itself.

They prosecute you for defending yourself against burglars over there. As a result violent home invasions are through the roof and there are homeowners who have served prison time for injuring pieces of shit that were assaulting them in their own homes.

You get the government and the legal system you deserve.

England deserves better.
