Serving in the military is now a civil right?
Who knew?
I think they are confused. The military keeps people out for all kinds of reasons, physical and mental. If it was a "civil right" we'd have all kinds of "special" divisions. The 41st Armless Brigade?
As for marriage, it's there for all men and women to enjoy together. One choosing not to participate is also a civil right. It's sort of like the United States Postal Service. You can use it and get a real postmark, or you can go the alternate routes and achieve your goal without a kiss from official society. It's up to you, but it's there.
