How does Peggy Noonan hold a job?
Her analysis is consistently off-base. She is discussing the tea-parties now and claims they weren't about hating Obama, that the tea-baggers were actually upset at the Republicans, too. They were more Libertarian, and were actually protesting big government.
How completely out of touch can one be? Did she actually SEE any of the tea-bag rally tapes? Listen to any of the protesters?

The one teabagger that I know, who voted twice for Bush, consistently says that Repubs are more to blame than Dems for the financial mess that we're in. He thinks Obama is a Socialist Muslin Fascist Weatherman, but my friend has been consistent in his criticism of Repubs, and he says that all his peeps feel the same. He also consistently says that he's not a racist and I know he's not. He's in Atlanta and teabagged there.
Just sayin'...
Uh.....has anybody done a chronology of the mess we're in?
It seems to me it started circa November 2006 or January 2007; one wonders what happened those particular times. Before that, it was pretty peachy-keen, it seems.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: go to the closest high school in your area, get a copy of the student newspaper, and you'll find journalists with more talent than Noonan ever dreamed of having. The woman can't write, pure and simple. She was a designated ball-washer for a couple of Republican administrations, she offered time and again to leap upon Reagan's funeral pyre, and those were good enough credentials for the WSJ. Mind boggling. She remains entertaining, in a really perverse sort of way.....
