Has CNN replayed Barack Obama's speech in Prague in full yet?
Or are we just going to get to hear the opinions of the talking heads about the speech, without seeing the actual speech ourselves?
I'm calling them now asking them to re-air the speech in full.

1. I don't think so. I caught the tail end of it on CSPAN earlier....
looks like they aren't replaying it until 1:45 and 5:00 am in the morning--unless they put it on unscheduled.
This makes me so angry, that the media controls what we see and when. I will happily call them on it---even tho it won't do much good.
I haven't found it up online other than snippets, so far, either.
If anyone finds it, please post for those who want to see it.
update:
I just left CNN my message!
I guess it being on C-span isn't enough!

3. I called a couple of numbers at CNN and wrote an email
But of course, they know exactly what they are doing.
Yes, the great conspiracy to deprive her of drooling over the Ohole!

2. I DVRed CNN starting at 3:00 a.m. Pacific time.....
and they didn't air the speech even once, from what I can tell in replaying what was happening while I was sleeping.
I bet CNN would like an unlisted number about now

6. I just left them a "suggestion" for a story idea.....
here: http://www.cnn.com/feedback/forms/form11b.html?2
Told them it would be a novel idea to actually air the speech in full
that the commentators are commenting about.
Almost an hour goes by and it is time for a new thread..with a twist on the rant:

"Americans not shown Obama's Prague speech, just the pundits commentating on it"
Yep. I'm quoting myself!
The various Corporate News channels have yet to broadcast the speech in full at an hour when Americans are awake,
Yet they don't seem to have any hesitation in commenting about the speech much of all day, while showing selected 1 minute excerpts.
I ask and then remember that the corporate news didn't very much like how public opinion was so counter their own.....right after the debates during the election, so I guess this works out just dandy for them!
I will say that I heard that the speech will be shown in full on C-Span at 5:00 p.m. eastern time.....at least.
But I'll just say....with a media like this, what else could one wish for?

13. These are some frightening MoFos, if you ask me!
Guess they consider us too stupid to stop and come up with that.
Kind of like listening to reviews of a movie you haven't yet seen.
The great big difference of course is that this is real life, and not a movie.

17. Frenchie, MSNBC showed a part of the speech in the Chech Republic
last night live. How kind of MSNBC to interrupt Lockup to bring President Obama live. Actually, the TV was on and in between waking and snoozing, I heard our Global President's voice and looked. He was good and the crowd was huge, they cheered him many times. Our President was so articulate and focused.
OMG their GLOBAL PRESIDENT
ok, third thread on the topic.....this time a poll

Poll question: Have you seen Obama's speech in full on your television or on the Internet?
Edited on Sun Apr-05-09 03:31 PM by FrenchieCat
Because I have tried to, but for some odd reason, I can't seem to find it anywhere!
I'm on the California West Coast, and I believe I would have had to been up and about
around 2:00 a.m. this morning to see it on C-Span or Fox News....or I am wrong?
I do believe it will be broadcasted again on C-Span at 5:00 p.m. eastern time today.

Sounds like it was a great speech to see and hear!
So, did you see the speech in full yet?
and they eat this stuff up and all gather round to worship at the bowl of the Ohole.
