Only thing surveillance cameras are good for is identifying who did the crime. However, it can be ambigous. Besides one can just wear a ski mask when they commit a crime with cameras all over the place.

Ah HA.  Adding cameras to every street corner.  Taxing us for being eeeevil and living in the country (mileage tax in another thread).

The entire city of London England has more cameras then a soundstage at Paramount Studios and the yhave a a higher crime rate then we do. Keep your damn cameras where they belong vidieoing asshat Democratic Senators selling Senate seats for money.
