What should I do to make it really special?  It's a pretty big milestone.

I wish you many happy decades more to go. I have no real romance advice I can give you as to me, romance = personal. I do wish you love and adventure and sex and joy and all the good things this world has to offer. OK, now I'm turning into a sappy love song, lol. Good luck!
