It frightens and upsets me to see and hear, yet once again, that the answer the Democrats, liberals and leftists seem always to have is death, not life.
While I do not consider birth control to be equivalent to abortion, though some do, and I mean no offense to them, fewer births combined with the ongoing infanticide in America spell even worse problems for our society.
Regarding abortion, foir example, what Pelosi and other abortionists such as Obama do not understand or do not care to understand -- nor do Democrats, liberals and leftists; even, I'm guessing some Republicans and conservatives -- is that through aboriton, we've now legally eradicated -- killed or murdered, if you prefer -- about 50 million humans in or just out of their mothers' wombs.
That's equivalent to the approximate combined total of military and civilian deaths attributable to World War II.
The average daily rate is about 3,300. That means annually, in very rounded numbers and based on 2007 population estimates, the same number of people in Dallas or San Diego. In slightly more than a year, that means Philadelphia or San Antonio.
How much creativity have we killed?
How many solutions to today's problems have been destroyed?
And on a purely self-serving fiscal level, how much tax monies have been killed, monies that could've been used for anything, including Social Security, infrastructure, health care, etc.?
Plus, some of those 50 million would've had children who could've and would've become productive members of society.
Of course, Pelosi and the Democrats have no long-range vision for productive, viable America. But do they know nothing else other than death and enslavement as solutions to America's problems?
Next, will they advance a "Solyent Green" solution to food and/or energy problems? Is euthanasia going to be presented as another way of saving money? Though I'm kidding, I'm not very much.
