Sounds like "El Cid" wants to replace nonsense with commonsense.

The Federal government and military get a ceaseless bombardment about the wonders of diversity and how it makes everything better, faster, and shinier.  Of course it doesn't apply to diversity of opinion, thought, talent, or ability, so it actually has Jack Shit to do with producing quality results.  Not something you would want to actually say out loud in a diversity groupthink session, of course.
